The case

A 62-year-old male patient with non-obstructive end-stage hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) is sent to our outpatient clinic for a Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing (CPX) for heart-transplant checklist.

CPX is an important part for evaluating HCM and is an integrated part of the transplant check list.
