To ensure equal access to education opportunities, we are pleased to offer a limited childcare service onsite staffed by approved childcare providers.

From Friday, 29 August to Monday, 2 September (08:00 – 18:00). Located in the registration area.

Left luggage and cloakroom facilities are located at west and east entrances and free of charge.

Located within the Lounge & Exchange Area, the ESC Shop proposes educational and scientific products, quality ESC Active sportswear and accessories, as well as other ESC souvenirs for sale.

Information Points

There are 2 Information Points in the Congress centre.

One is located in the West  Entrance, the second one in between Exhibition North & South.

If you want information about the city of  London please go to the one located between Exhibition North & South.

Lost & Found

Lost and found items can be left or recovered at the Information Point located between exhibition North & South.

Kindly note that all lost and found items at ExCeL will be kept at the info point until the end of the congress and then given to ExCel’s Lost & found office reachable at lostpropertyenquiries@excel.london

Lounges

The ESC Professional Members Lounge and FESC Lounge are located in the ESC Exchange Area.

Medical Care / First Aid

Participants in need of medical attention should go to the First Aid Station located dowstairs in the middle of the boulevard.

Transport Tickets: Pre-paid and sales

You can pick-up your pre-paid transport tickets or buy them directly in the registration area.
