Before you leave home

Print your badge

To ensure you can access the congress and start enjoying the sessions without delay, your badge must be printed in advance in colour and presented at the congress entrance. 
Please note: digital versions on mobile phones, tablets and other devices will not be accepted.

Just go to Congresses > My congress activity to come > Manage and print your badge from the top right of your screen.

Create your programme

  1. Browse the programme and get a general overview of all sessions taking place during the congress
  2. Sign in (via the top right corner of the screen) with your My ESC login and password, to personalise your programme
  3. Add sessions you don’t want to miss in your programme: click on the bookmark icon. The session will be saved in “My Programme”

The best way to improve your skills is with key experts. Workshop sessions are open to all delegates without restricted conditions. 

  • See the workshop programme
  • Register now - The research methodology workshop requires pre-registration and is limited to 20 participants.
    First come first served basis. Once the maximum number of places is reached, no additional participants will be accepted.

ACVC Corner

The Association for Acute CardioVascular Care (ACVC), organising the congress, supports the community all year long. Discover more and meet with your association representatives on activities and membership opportunities.

The ACVC Corner is located in the Exhibition area and will offer to ACVC members: 

  • Professional Portrait sessions
    • Friday, 14 March from 15:00 to 16:00
    • Saturday, 15 March from 09:45 to 10:45
  • Meal Vouchers: first come, first served
  • Social event - discount for eligible members 
  • ACVC Member bag for new members subscribing or renewing their memberships at the stand
  • Distribution of ESC Pocket Guidelines with a priority for ESC Professional Members & FESC

A photo booth is also available to all to renew your professional portrait picture.

Facilities in the congress centre

Cloakroom

Free left luggage and cloakroom facilities are available within the venue.

First Aid

Participants needing medical treatment should refer to the ESC staff in the registration area.

Lunch breaks

Cash bars are available and located within the venue at Level 1 and Level 3.

A coffee station is located at Level 0.

Water fountains

Water fountains are available in the congress venue.

Be sustainable! Cups will not be provided, please bring your own reusable bottle.
