How to complete your order form for ESC Pocket Guidelines

When you complete your order form, please make sure to:

• Insert in the order form the quantities for the products that you wish to order.
• If applicable, don't forget to enter your VAT number.
• Check and insert the correct delivery details.

VAT

VAT for CD-ROMs and DVD-ROMs is charged at 5.5% on product and delivery charges.
No VAT is charged to customers outside of the EU.
No VAT is charged to customers who provide us with their VAT registration number (except customers in France).
