Priority accommodation service - Make the most of your fellowship privileges
Fellows of the ESC can book their hotel accommodation before the online services open to other delegates.
Requests will then be handled on a "first come, first served" basis.
The ESC and Congrex Switzerland, the official housing agency for individual hotel reservations, have selected a number of hotels with negotiated rates and easy access to the congress centre.
We advise you to make your reservation early in order to have the best choice of hotels.
Telephone requests cannot be accepted. Rooms can only be confirmed upon receipt of deposit payment. Confirmation vouchers are sent by email.
Congrex Switzerland is the only official housing agency for ESC Congress 2024 in London. If you are contacted by any other company or agency offering housing for ESC Congress in London, please note that these companies are not authorized to represent the ESC in any way, nor do they have access to the officially contracted room blocks or rates. Please be aware that these unauthorized companies might not deliver what they promise in terms of quality and location. Rates and extra charges can be inflated, or hefty fees placed on credit cards. Reservation Conditions
Terms and Conditions for individual bookings:
Full payment by credit card is mandatory at the time of booking. You may be refunded depending on the time of cancellation according to the terms and conditions listed below.
You will be required to create an account and log in to book your room with Congrex Switzerland. Please do not confuse this with your My ESC account. They are not connected.
Any change or cancellation must be sent in writing to Congrex Switzerland at: hotel.esc@congrex.com
The following cancellation fees will be applied:
Cancellations of individual bookings can be made directly online until 8 weeks before the congress free of charge, less a handling fee of GBP 60.00.
For cancellations after this date a refund may be possible after the congress, if the room is resold by Congrex Switzerland or the hotel.
