EHRA 2025, Vienna & Online, from 30 March to 1 April

In application of State and local safety regulations, entrance into the onsite event premises may be subject to health checks as required.

EHRA 2025 is only accessible to healthcare professionals, associated press and other stakeholders in the science, management and prevention of cardiovascular disease. Non-healthcare professionals, including children under the age of 18, will not be able to access the Congress area.

Social Media

We invite you to use our official hashtag #EHRA2025 when you share cardiovascular news, tagging your peers. Screenshots of the presentation are allowed in your posts, but please refrain from recording and posting any videos on your social media. This activity is not permitted.

Payment and General Conditions

All registration fees are quoted in Euro (€) Payment in any other currency will not be accepted. The percentage of VAT on the invoice is based on the country of the order.

Invoices with an address in the European Union should be provided with a VAT Number. The invoicing address and VAT number can only be set up during the registration process.
Healthcare companies or third-party agencies cannot create a delegate “MyESC account” to register their delegates.

Changes cannot be made to an invoice following a purchase through the My ESC account. An invoice to an individual cannot be transferred to an organisation after payment. To avoid disappointment, please check the Billing details carefully before payment. If in doubt, contact us.

Payment of fees

Payment by Credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) can be made through the online services on our secured server. For security reasons, under no circumstances should credit card details be sent by email or fax.

In case of additional payments for extra orders or adjustments, a secured payment link will be sent by email.
The registration fee rate is based on the date of receipt of the registration request. The prices indicated are only applicable if BOTH the registration request AND payment are received before midnight, Central European Time (GMT +1), on the relevant registration deadline date, otherwise, the higher registration fee will be applied.

Registrations will be acknowledged by email upon receipt of payment and a valid personal email address. Incomplete addresses or agency addresses will not be accepted and will result in the cancellation of the registration.

Active registrations are nominative and non-transferable.

Cancellation & modification conditions

At delegate’s initiative

Full cancellation
Until 27 February: refund of fee less an administrative charge of 30% of the original fee paid.
From 28 February: no refund.

Modification from online to onsite

The booker may change their registration from the online event to the onsite until 21 March. The booker will only be charged the difference between the fee originally paid and the onsite fee at time of change.

From 22 March no modification can be made.

Miscellaneous

Should a delegate not attend the event, for whatever reason, no further claims for reimbursement or waiving of fees can be made.

In case of impossibility to attend the onsite event and to allow delegates to continue their experience beyond the event dates, we are pleased to inform you that all scientific content will continue to be available for two weeks after the event, to be viewed at your leisure.

At ESC’s initiative

Modification of the programme

The ESC reserves the right to modify the event programme at any time, which is published as an indication only and subject to change.

No waiving of fees nor right to further claims will be possible should the ESC be obliged to alter the programme of EHRA 2025.

Changes, postponement and cancellation

Given serious cause, the ESC is entitled to postpone (modify the dates), to curtail the duration, or to cancel the onsite event. In the event of complete or part postponement or curtailment, the registration is regarded as valid for a possible new date and new duration for the said onsite event.

If the onsite event has to be cancelled, the ESC will strive to maintain the online event and any onsite registration will be automatically transferred to an online registration. The delegate will be refunded the difference between the onsite and online fee, at the rate applicable when the original onsite fee was paid.

If, due to any contingency that the ESC cannot overcome (in particular force majeure), both the onsite event and the online event have to be cancelled, registrations by individuals will be reimbursed in full, however a charge for administrative costs may be retained for group registrations, as specified in the Group registration conditions. Apart from reimbursement of registration fees, delegates will not be entitled to compensation for any costs or damages incurred as a consequence of such event cancellation, change or postponement. For example, no compensation will be due for costs related to housing and travel arrangements.

If travelling to the onsite event, delegates are urged to take personal travel insurance.

Liability Disclaimer

The European Society of Cardiology (ESC) will not be liable for any theft or damage to property and/or persons caused on site during the event, by any factor whatsoever, unless there has been a fault, intent or deliberate recklessness on the part of European Society of Cardiology (ESC).
The European Society of Cardiology (ESC) shall not be held responsible in the event of poisoning or food intoxication during the Event.

Data Privacy Statement

The information collected during this registration process is necessary to provide you with an optimal user experience and networking opportunities during EHRA 2025.

Without this information, we will be unable to properly process your registration.
During EHRA 2025, your online activity will be tracked and collected by the ESC. This will be used for reporting and statistical purposes; to assist in enhancing your experience; to inform you about ESC activities in a coherent and adequate manner and provide you with personalised suggestions and recommendations of pertinent content for you to visit.

The recipients of the data are ESC Staff managing the registration process and the congress. The data collected will be kept for a maximum of 5 years after your last transaction or activity with us after which time your My ESC account will be closed and financial transactions will be kept for a maximum of 10 years for legal accounting purposes.
Additionally, if you visit an industry partner’s area/webpage or presentation as part of EHRA 2025, your personal data can be retrieved by the corresponding exhibitor or industry: title, first name, last name, email address, city, country, age scale, gender, profession, stage in career, primary specialty, place of work and main institution information - such as entered in your My ESC account. More information is available in ESC Privacy and Data Security Policy.

In accordance with the chapter 3 of the European Regulation 2016/679 with regards to data protection, you have the right to request from ESC, access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing concerning your data or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, and for information, ESC has appointed a Data Protection Officer that you can reach at dpo@escardio.org.

Applicable Law and Litigation

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with French law without regard to any conflicts of laws principles thereof that would require the application of the law of any other jurisdiction.
Any disputes arising in relation hereto shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French Tribunal Judiciaire located in Grasse, France.
