Invitation letter
A customised invitation letter for visa purposes is only available for delegates with a confirmed and registration that has been paid in full.
The letter is intended to help delegates raise travel funds or obtain a visa but does not imply the ESC will provide financial support.
Visa
In case of a visa request rejection, the ESC will refund the full registration fee only upon receipt of the official refusal document from the Embassy.
