The new Palazzo degli Affari is an elegant and modern congress centre overlooking Piazza Adua, strategically located in the city centre and just a few steps away from the Santa Maria Novella railway station.

Designed by architect Pierluigi Spadolini in 1974, this building concretely expresses post-World War II Italian modernist architecture.

The congress centre has been completely refurbished using the most state-of-art technology standards, and 100% sustainable materials in the name of environmental sustainability and energy efficiency.
