This Working Group talk will focus on the persistent disparities in cardiovascular health among disadvantaged populations and explore solutions for achieving equity in cardiovascular care. Through expert insights and interactive discussions, the event will provide actionable strategies to address these critical challenges.

Learning objectives:
- Recognise key disparities in cardiovascular health across sex, gender, ethnicity, race, age, and mental health conditions and understand their impact on health outcomes.
- Develop and apply evidence-based strategies and interventions to promote equitable access to cardiovascular care for underserved populations.
- Collaborate on policy and practice innovations to address systemic barriers and reduce health inequities in cardiovascular care.
