Dr. Allan Bohm
Dr. Bohm works at the National Cardiovascular Institute in Bratislava, Slovakia in the intensive coronary care unit. Besides clinical medicine, he is also engaged in clinical and translational research for which he has received several international awards. His research areas include thrombosis, atrial fibrillation, microRNAs and artificial intelligence. He is the founder of the Precision Medicine Academy focused on education, research and implementation of precision medicine in Slovakia. He was at the birth of digital health in the ESC being one of the first nucleus members of the digital health committee and editorial board of The European Heart Journal – Digital Health.
