Transfers

Arrival

A taxi driver will be waiting for you at the airport / train station to drive you to the hotel or the European Heart House, according to your arrival time. 

The meeting point will be in the arrivals hall, immediately after baggage claim. As you enter the arrivals hall, the driver will be waiting with an ESC logo sign and your name.

Departure

The pick-up time for your departure transfer is noted on the list beside the EHH Welcome Desk. 
If you need to change your planned transfer, please contact the events team onsite.

Hotel

Accommodation during your stay is booked at the AC Hotel Ambassadeur Antibes - Juan-Les-Pins.

We kindly remind you that you must pay for your extras and additional nights (including double room surcharge) when checking out.

If you are flying back straight after the meeting, please check out and take your luggage with you in the morning as departure transfers will leave directly from the European Heart House (EHH) to the airport.

Shuttle transfers

Shuttle buses will commute between the AC Hotel Ambassadeur Antibes - Juan-Les-Pins and the European Heart House every day of the Spring Summit.

A shuttle bus for the official dinner will be also organised from the hotel. 

Please consult the bus schedule in the hotel lobby and at the European Heart House.

Meals

Breakfast is provided by the Hotel Ambassadeur from 7:30.
Lunches are provided at the EHH on 7 and 8 March. 

ESC Spring Summit Official Dinner is at Le Park, Mougins on Thursday, 7 March at 20:00.

Breakout sessions groups

On 7 March, the attendees will be split into smaller groups from 14:30 to 15:30. The discussions will cover: 

• 2021 ESC Guidelines on Prevention: what are the challenges in implementation to address?
• Is personalised prevention a realistic target? 
• How can we join forces to support inequalities and adversities?
