The European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging (EACVI) organises each year EACVI teaching courses in collaboration with national CVI organisations.

    This EACVI HIT Course is organised in collaboration with the Working Group on Echocardiography and Imaging Modalities in Cardiology of the Croatian Cardiac Society and will be held during the Croatian Echocardiography Congress (CroEcho 2025) on 8-10 May in Porec, Croatia.

    It will be focusing on "Back to pathophysiology – Deep clinical understanding of hemodynamic fundamentals in echocardiography".

    The course comprises a mix of lectures, case-based presentations with multiple-choice questions, and two types of hands-on practical workshops: image acquisition and optimisation on TOE simulators; and image post-processing performed by attendees on dedicated workstations and guided by faculty.
