BY TRAIN
Seville is accessible by train via high speed connections through Madrid and Barcelona.
From Madrid
Duration: 2 hours and 20 minutes
Frequency: On average, there are about 34 trains per day travelling between the two cities. They leave approximately every 26 minutes.
Book your tickets on the www.renfe.com website; however please note that online services for train trips will open only 3 months in advance.
From Barcelona
Duration: 5.5 hours
Frequency: High-speed AVE trains speed from Barcelona Sants station directly to Seville Santa Justa twice a day. The trains leave in the morning and in the afternoon, stopping five to six times on the way, including Zaragoza, Ciudad Real and Córdoba.
Trains arrive in the centre of Seville in the station of Santa Justa.
From there, take the C4 train which will connect you to the Congress Centre in just 6 minutes.
By plane
Flight arrivals at the terminal of Seville San Pablo Airport (SVQ - LEZL), with flights of national and international origin.
The airport is located only 10min from the city.
Taxi fares from the airport to the city centre are approximately 25€ - 35€.
The EA bus line (Special Airport, in Spanish "Especial Aeropuerto") is the only bus line that currently connects Seville Airport with the city of Seville. The service operates every day of the year, from 5.22 am to 01.00 pm (destination to Seville city) and from 4.30 am to 00.11 pm (destination to the airport). The journey usually takes 35 minutes from the airport to the city cente. The EA line is part of Transportes Urbanos de Sevilla (Tussam) and also stops at Santa Justa train station (train and AVE), arriving at Plaza de Armas, in the centre of Seville.
