Print your badge
To ensure you can access the congress and start enjoying the sessions without delay, your congress badge must be printed in advance, in colour, and presented at the congress entrance. Otherwise you may be invited to print it in the registration area and face delays to enter the Congress.
A mail will be sent to all delegates, including the link to print your badge. Please note: digital versions on mobile phones, tablets and other devices will not be accepted.
You can also access this link through your My ESC account. Just go to Congresses > My congress activity to come > Manage and print your badge from the top right of your screen.
To be easily recognisable as EHRA members, we strongly recommend to:
- Print your badge in colour
- Add an 'EHRA member' sticker to your badge holder upon arrival at the Congress. Stickers will be available at identified collection points in the registration area and in various other locations throughout the congress centre

Your badge holder and lanyard will live again
Racks will be installed at the exit where you can deposit your badge holder and lanyard when you leave so they can be recycled. Whenever possible reuse your old lanyard.
EHRA Ablation Innovation Summit on 29 March
Make more out of your attendance at the congress and book your seat for the EHRA Ablation Innovation Summit that will be held on Saturday 29 March at the Messe Wien as well. This full-day programme will cover innovations in AF ablation, with an emphasis on PFA in the morning and will concentrate on innovation in VT ablation in the afternoon. EHRA delegates benefit from a special fee for this summit.

The Inaugural Session will take place on Sunday, 30 March at 09:40 CET in room 4, followed by a networking breakfast. This breakfast is scheduled from 10:05 to 11:05 in the main hall A.

Overflow areas
There are two overflow areas, located next to room 3,4 and 5. In case of an overflow in one of these rooms, the session will be retransmitted in one of the overflow areas.

Sustainability at EHRA 2025
We are excited to share several eco-friendly initiatives that will be implemented during the EHRA Congress:

Run to raise awareness on March 31st
The Austrian Cardiac Society is organising a run for Pulse Day, to raise awareness about cardiac arrhythmias and encourage people to check and know their pulse.
Enjoy a 5KM morning run on March 31, 7:00 AM starting in front of the Congress Center (Messe Wien).
A flat course through the Vienna Prater awaits you.

Free cloakroom facilities are available within the venue in the registration area.
First Aid
Participants needing medical treatment should refer to the ESC staff in the registration area.

Water dispensers
Water dispensers are available at the congress venue in main hall A in front of the EHRA TV Studio and catering points. The water dispensers are plugged on the Vienna tap water system. Enjoy Vienna's pure ice cool mountain water. The Vienna tap water is excellent anywhere in the congress venue.
We kindly ask you to bring your own bottle to fill at the water dispensers as no disposable cups will be available. Should you forget to bring you bottle, personalised EHRA water bottles are for sale at the EHRA Corner.
Coffee during morning breaks
Coffee will be available to all delegates during the morning breaks in the main hall near the Research Gateway and on both sides of the EHRA Studio.
At the self-service coffee stations, you can take a cup of coffee in an edible cup.
Timings of the coffee breaks are:
Day 1 - Networking breakfast from 10:05 - 11:05
Day 2 - Coffee break from 09:30 - 10:45
Day 3 - Coffee break from 09:30 - 10:45
No coffee is provided during the afternoon breaks
Catering outlets
There is a food corner on both sides of the EHRA Studio in the main hall. There are two restaurants. The "Pavillon" restaurant is located on the ground floor accessible from the mail hall or the mall and the "Piazza" restaurant is located on level 1.

During the afternoon breaks, no coffee will be provided.

Certificate of attendance and continuing medical education
EHRA 2025 has been accredited 13,5 CME points.
Your CME Certificate will be available from 23 April in your My ESC account.

Technical recommendations
The EHRA 2025 platform is designed with a responsive interface that is mobile-friendly but for an optimal experience, we recommend that you access the platform on a desktop computer.
Supported browsers
We support the most current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox. Chrome is the preferred browser.
Tips for the best experience
- Disable your web browser’s ad blocker (this is normally done through the Settings in your browser). Turning off the ad blocker will help us confirm your attendance and deliver your CME credits.
- Zoom out on your web browser to see the full room view. To zoom out/in, press CTRL while using your mouse scroll wheel.
- If you can’t hear a presentation: Ensure the volume on your computer speakers is turned up and that the sound is not muted. Using the button at the bottom left of the video, confirm the volume level.
How can I interact during the presentation?
As an online delegate, you will be able to ask questions via a Q&A window on the right of the presentation. Each of your posts will be identified with your name, allowing the audience to recognise your contribution.
All posts* should be made in English so the global community can understand and respond.
*ESC term and conditions: Participants guarantee that the content he/she submits on the Forum is not obscene, threatening, harassing, deceptive, invasive of another’s privacy, offensive, defamatory of any person, illegal or otherwise deliberately intended to upset or harm other users. How can I interact with an abstract or clinical case presenter in the Research Gateway?
When consulting a presentation, you can use the following functionalities - Like, or Comment to post a message.
Presenters are invited to check back on their presentation(s) throughout the congress to respond to comments and/or questions that may arise.
If you enjoy a presentation, please make sure to Like it – and contribute to the rating of the content online! (see the "Best Rated" section) – this will help other participants find and enjoy the content.
