Grants

Each individual grant includes:

• Free registration to the Acute Cardiovascular Care Congress 2020 in Athens, Greece
• Travel allowance of €300

Eligibility

All applicants must be:

• Professionals in the cardiovascular field
• Silver or Gold Member of the Association for Acute CardioVascular Care - Become a member now

The following criteria, selected by the ACVC Board, will be considered during the application process:

• Priority will be given to applicants from low & middle income countries.
• Candidate who has never attended the Acute Cardiovascular Care Congress would be favoured

Update your My ESC Account

Please ensure that your My ESC profile is up to date.

Log into MY ESC

Indeed, important selection criteria will be automatically selected from your My ESC profile: please check the fields “My personal details” and “My activities”.

Fill in the electronic application form

NB: you will be required to upload your CV.

Submit

You will receive confirmation of your application by email shortly after submitting it online; and you can check the status of your application at any time in your My ESC profile.

Timelines

Applications are open until 1 December 2019.

After grading, submissions will be individually reviewed and selected by the selection committee. Results will be communicated mid of December 2019.

All applicants will be informed by email, whether their application has been successfully received. At any time, applicants may also check the status of their application by logging into My ESC.

Payment

Payment of grant money by bank transfer will happen post congress – if participation forms (check in and out at the congress) is completed onsite.

Candidate will be requested to proof his/her participation to the congress by signing in and out a participation form at the ACVC Stand : first day – Saturday 7 March and last day – Monday 9 March.

NB – we authorise slight variations upon request for later arrival or early departure but overall presence must be at least on 2 days.
