To ensure you can access the congress and start enjoying the sessions without delay, your congress badge must be printed in advance in colours and presented at the congress entrance. 
Please note: digital versions on mobile phones, tablets and other devices will not be accepted.

Congress opening hours

Congress will start Sunday, 19 May at 09:00.

* The Inaugural Session will take place on Sunday 12 May from 17:40 to 18:25 and will be followed by a networking reception until 19:00.

Make sure to register for the workshops: Nuclear Cardiology and cardiac CT level 2/3 certification logbook

Sessions dedicated for delegates who wish to collect cases for their level 2/3 certification logbook in the topics of nuclear cardiology and cardiac CT.
These sessions provide hands-on and one-to-one learning in an exclusive and intimate environment where delegates are given the opportunity to report on clinical cases via sponsor equipment and receive expert advice from the supporting company’s technician.

Registration is mandatory and seats are limited to 32 pax per session. The booking of a session can be done through your registration process. For delegates already registered to the congress please contact the Registration Team.

Eager to meet and discuss with the Key Opinion Leaders of ASNC, EACVI and EANM? Do not miss these two activities that will be organised during the congress :

• Speed mentoring session : 2 group sessions will be organised during the afternoon coffee break on Sunday 19 and Monday 20 May. Registration is mandatory at the EACVI stand, seats are limited.
• Meet the Societies’ Leadership : 1 session will be organised during the morning coffee break on Monday 20 May. No registration required, please join us in the Members Lounge.

The Members Lounge is an exclusive area and open to ASNC, EACVI and EANM Members. This is the perfect place to relax, network and get your emails.

Free left luggage and cloakroom facilities are available within the venue.

First Aid

Participants needing medical treatment should refer to the ESC staff in the registration area.

Lunch breaks

Cash bars are available and located within the venue at the groundfloor (exhibition area).
